Landscape Photo Shoot at Umhlanga in Kwa-Zulu Natal
This trip to Umhlanga started on 01 January 2017 and ended on 6 February 2017 which covered a period of 7 days. On the way down, we overnighted at The Little Church in van Reenen http://www.thelittlechurch.co.za/ which is the halfway mark of our trip down and completed the trip the next day.
The trip down was very nice with a lot to see while travelling through parts of Gauteng, Free State and Kwa-Zulu Natal to get to the destination. The trip back was also a very pleasant one with some lovely weather.
The intention of this trip was to go and take some landscape photos and also have a bit of a break. These photos were taken at the Pier and Lighthouse at Umhlanga in Kwa-Zulu Natal http://www.sa-venues.com/maps/kwazulunatal/umhlanga.php during our visit and taken one morning just after sunrise. The weather was nice causing the sunrise to be beautiful with some clouds to give the photos a great look and feeling of an early morning at the beach and what a nice sunrise looks like.
However, the weather was not that good to take photos for the rest of the time we were down there and even had rain on some of the days.
